Rental Policy

Effective as of May 8, 2023


Please note that our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent via email to [email protected] or text through our Customer Support contact number (586) 203-3315
  • If you cancel your order more than 30 days before the scheduled delivery/pickup date, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
  • If you cancel your order less than 30 days but more than 14 days before the scheduled delivery/pickup date, you will receive a 50% refund of any payments made.
  • If you cancel your order less than 14 days before the scheduled delivery/pickup date, you will not receive a refund.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or natural disasters, we may be able to offer a rescheduling or credit towards a future rental.
  • If you fail to communicate with us about a cancellation and do not show up for your scheduled delivery/pickup, you will not receive a refund.
  • Changes to the order, such as additions or subtractions, may be made up to at least 14 days before the scheduled delivery/pickup date.
  • The Luxe Rental Collective reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure or inventory shortage. In such cases, a full refund will be issued or an option of other available items will be offered.
